Learn about what to eat and what to avoid during pregnancy, what’s happening at each stage of the pregnancy, relaxation techniques and much more. Classes are offered virtually or in person. Private classes are also available. Valuable information regardless to whether you are planning to have a hospital birth, or an out of hospital birth, and should ideally be started during the 2nd trimester. Great for first time birthing people as well as those birthing again. Private and group classes available.
Be prepared to care for your baby or loved one in an emergency. This class teaches Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation methods approved by the American Heart Association. You will become certified and receive an electronic certification card, good for two years. CPR certification available for healthcare workers and non-healthcare workers. Classes are two hours and are offered in person at your location. Group discounts available.
Learn how to handle various types of emergency situations, from bee stings and choking to nose bleeds and more. This class is American Heart Association certified and offers a certification card that is good for two years. Great for aspiring babysitters, teachers, day care providers and anyone else who wants to be prepared in case of emergency. CPR certification can also be added.
