Educating, nurturing and empowering your growing family is our primary focus. We currently offer a variety of classes to help prepare you for your pregnancy and Postpartum journey. We also offer Postpartum Nurse packages, that allow you the freedom to customize the time with you need with our Postpartum Nurse. All of our classes are taught by a Registered Nurse and our CPR classes are based on the latest standards set by the American Heart Association.
With the busy pace of life, it can be hard to find time to fit everything into your day. Atlanta Childbirth Resources understands the importance of flexibility, so we will work with you to meet your needs. We value and respect your decision to deliver your baby in the manner that you choose. This is a judgment free zone and all are welcomed!
As an advocate for health and empowerment, Tietra is committed to educating and nurturing growing families through her work as a Registered Nurse. She has more than a decade of experience as a nurse and has worked with Postpartum mothers and babies in a variety of settings. With a Biology degree from Spelman College in Atlanta GA, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Emory University, she is prepared to help families on their journey to parenthood. She is certified as a Childbirth Educator as well as a CPR Instructor with the American Heart Association.
She is a wife and mother of two children, each of whom were breastfed for two years. She has helped countless women on their journey to motherhood. Tietra believes that an informed choice is the best choice, especially as it relates to pregnancy, childbirth and lactation.
